Grid homology in Lens spaces

We are going to introduce Grid Homology, a purely combinatorial version of Knot Floer homology, for knots in the three sphere/lens spaces; after dealing with some of its properties, we are going to show Gallais' approach to lift coefficients from Z_2 to Z.
