In this talk I will visit some recent developments in the regularity theory of fully nonlinear and quasilinear PDE as well as free boundary problems. I will highlight some aspects related to interior and boundary behavior of solutions as well as some subtleties brought by the presence of unbounded coefficients in the equations.
