This talk is structured in two parts. In the first part, we explore the connections between determinantal point processes and complex analysis, focusing on zero sets, uniqueness sets, and separated sequences. In the second part, we introduce a random radial model and investigate the conditions under which it almost surely produces interpolating sequences for the Nevanlinna class and other related spaces.
