Global hypoelliptic estimates for fractional kinetic equation

In this talk we introduce a class of fractional order kinetic equation, which is a linear model of spatially inhomogeneous Boltzmann equation without angular cutoff. Using the multiplier method, we establish the optimal global hypoelliptic estimates with weights for the linear model operator.
